Marsha MacEachern Tempesta
Director of Earned Media
A mom of two boys and Boston (and Vegas Golden Knights) sports fan, Marsha MacEachern Tempesta has served as BTV Marketing Group’s Director of Earned Media since March of 2024. She brings more than two decades of experience in journalism, public relations, social media marketing and video production to the agency and is passionate about ensuring that our client’s stories are told, including The Neon Museum, Signature Management Las Vegas, National Technical Institute, Red Rock Fertility Center and more.
She previously served as the social media director for The Warren Group, a Las Vegas-based public relations firm, for 13 years and oversaw social media programs and video projects for more than three dozen clients, ballot initiatives and special projects. She helped the firm earn several PRSA Las Vegas Chapter Pinnacle Awards as well as a “Best Online/Social Media Campaign” award from the Las Vegas Business Press. She also has experience working as a television news reporter, anchor and weather anchor at stations including Worcester News Tonight, produced by New England Cable News (NECN) and Charter Communications, and at WAGM-TV in Presque Isle, Maine. She also worked in public relations and marketing for Brandeis University, Avid Technology and The Ad Club of Boston.
Tempesta received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Emerson College in Boston, Mass. She is a 2015 Leadership Las Vegas graduate and has volunteered for the Las Vegas Contemporary Arts Museum, Dress for Success Southern Nevada, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Southern Nevada Chapter, and ALS of Nevada.
Originally from Massachusetts, she made the move to Las Vegas in 2011. What’s her favorite thing about living in Las Vegas? Anything outdoors where she and the kids can play, including the many beautiful parks and Springs Preserve!
