Challenges

BTV was tasked with helping launch the online presence of the newly opened Greek eatery, Naxos, located in Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa. Our efforts included an Earned Media engagement composed of local SEO and dedicated content strategies. We also needed to build brand awareness and drive reservations for this new Greek restaurant concept and its sister oyster bar at Red Rock Resort and Spa.

Mission

Our main goal was to drive restaurant reservation bookings through increased traffic powered by organic keyword rankings to the main website and the restaurant’s Google Business Profile. We also started paid media efforts from scratch to build brand awareness for this new concept, driving reservations for the primary restaurant and walking up traffic to Kallisto Oyster Bar, which doesn’t accept reservations.

Victories

We achieved impressive results in launching a new Greek eatery and its companion oyster bar at the Red Rock Resort & Spa. Our paid media campaign secured full reservations for a full week in advance, while our earned media approach significantly boosted online visibility. Paid media efforts also decreased their cost per cover to $5-$7. These combined efforts resulted in a substantial number of reservations from organic traffic, highlighting the effectiveness of our marketing strategy in generating anticipation and bookings.
